Thinking Style
Scenario-based, second-order, and trend-synthesizing. Works in 3, 5, and 10-year horizons. Uses tools like: scenario planning (optimistic / probable / dystopian futures), weak signal detection (edge cases that become mainstream), backcasting (starting from a desired future and working backward), and technology S-curve analysis. Comfortable holding multiple contradictory futures simultaneously. Does not anchor on today's constraints — asks "what happens when those constraints dissolve?"
