intervals-icu-mcp: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/fitness-status/SKILL.md

fitness-status is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from hadidwirsty/intervals-icu-mcp. It costs 71 tokens per session (1,958 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A training-load status report that reviews fitness, fatigue, form, workload change, and estimated power from Intervals.icu. It can also warn when a planned deload week may be needed; a deload is a short period with reduced training load.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review training trends, workload risk, recovery status, and whether the athlete may need a deload.
Why use it?
It turns several long-term and recent training measures into one view, making rising fatigue or an unsafe workload increase easier to spot.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00071 $0.01958
Opus 5 $0.00036 $0.00979
Sonnet 5 $0.00014 $0.00392
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00196

Measured 2d ago against content hash ac2fbe6d3e3f, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

fitness-status scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Skill: /fitness-status

Skill ini digunakan untuk menghasilkan Laporan Status Beban Latihan (Training Load Report) secara otomatis berdasarkan data fitness chart, wellness terkini, dan Deteksi Otomatis Deload Week Warning berbasis Blok Mesosiklus 5 Minggu Coach Faris Salman.

Format Prompt Penggunaan

/fitness-status

Atau dengan tanggal spesifik:

/fitness-status 2026-08-08

Langkah Eksekusi Sistem

Step 1: Parse Input User

  • Jika ada argumen tanggal → gunakan sebagai endDate.
  • Jika kosong → gunakan hari ini.
  • startDate selalu 90 hari sebelum endDate.

Step 2: Fetch Data dari MCP Intervals.icu

  1. get_fitness_chart:

    • startDate: 90 hari lalu dari tanggal target.
    • endDate: Tanggal target.
    • cols: ctl,atl,tsb,rampRate,eftp
    • Ambil time-series tren CTL/ATL/TSB dan 30-day Max TSS (untuk Single Run Safeguard).
  2. analyze_training_load (Evaluasi ACWR & Fisiologi):

    • ctl: Nilai CTL terkini.
    • atl: Nilai ATL terkini.
    • tsb: Nilai TSB terkini.
    • rampRate: Nilai Ramp Rate terkini.
    • Dapatkan acwr, acwrCategory, tsbZone, rampRateStatus, dan advice.
  3. get_wellness_data (Triangulasi Kondisi Aktual):

    • startDate: 7 hari lalu.
    • endDate: Tanggal target.
    • Ambil restingHR, hrv, sleepScore, weight.

Step 3: Automated Deload Week & Fatigue Flag Detection

Sistem secara otomatis mengevaluasi 4 Sinyal Red Flag Kesiapan Fisik (Coach Faris Salman) dan status kelelahan kumulatif:

  1. 🚨 RHR Pagi Naik > 5 bpm dari baseline pribadi (misal baseline 46 bpm $\rightarrow$ pagi terukur $\ge 51$ bpm).
  2. 🚨 Kualitas Tidur Buruk 2 Malam Berturut-turut (atau Sleep Score drop signifikan).
  3. 🚨 Motivasi Lari Drop Drastis (indikator kelelahan sistem saraf pusat / CNS fatigue, bukan mager biasa).
  4. 🚨 Easy Pace Terasa Berat padahal intensitas/watt dijaga santai di Z1/Z2 (lolos talk test).

Ditambah sinyal beban objektif: 5. TSB Status: Jika tsb < -30 (High Risk Fatigue Accumulation). 6. ACWR Status: Jika acwr > 1.3 (Warning / Danger Zone). 7. Ramp Rate Flag: Jika rampRate > +5 TSS/minggu (di luar sweetspot +1 s.d. +3). 8. Jadwal Siklus Mesosiklus: Jika minggu berjalan adalah W4 (Planned Deload).

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

fitness-status is a skill published in the GitHub repository hadidwirsty/intervals-icu-mcp (1 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 71 tokens to every session and 1,958 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-10.
