intervals-icu-mcp: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/lapor-lari/SKILL.md

lapor-lari is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from hadidwirsty/intervals-icu-mcp. It costs 66 tokens per session (2,870 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A post-run report that examines workout data from Intervals.icu. It reviews power, threshold-zone adherence, heart-rate changes between the first and second halves, and recovery information.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it after a run to inspect pace, power, heart rate, cadence, training load, equipment, and the details of work and recovery intervals.
Why use it?
A run's total distance and pace do not show whether the effort was controlled or became less efficient. This report turns recorded workout measurements into a session review.

Written for no agent in particular: nothing here depends on one. Also seen: positional $N argument; installed under .agents/ (shared by several agents).

This is hadidwirsty/intervals-icu-mcp's own configuration. It tells Claude Code and Codex how to work on intervals-icu-mcp itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Copy it as a starting point and replace the rules that are about this project. Everything intervals-icu-mcp configures →

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00066 $0.02870
Opus 5.5 $0.00026 $0.01148
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00013 $0.00574
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00287

Security

Grade A, and why

lapor-lari scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

/lapor-lari — Laporan Pasca-Sesi Lari Komprehensif

Menggabungkan evaluasi kontrol daya lari (running power), kepatuhan zona ambang laktat, efisiensi jantung paruh 1 vs paruh 2 (Aerobic Decoupling), serta evaluasi kualitatif atlet.

1. Alur Kerja Otomasi Data (MCP Tools)

Saat perintah /lapor-lari dijalankan:

  1. Ambil Data Aktivitas Terakhir:
  2. Ambil Detail Telemetri & Beban Sesi:
    • Panggil get_activity_details dengan activityId yang didapat.
    • Ekstrak: durasi bergerak (moving time), jarak aktual (km), rerata kecepatan/pace, daya rata-rata (icu_average_watts), daya tertimbang (icu_weighted_avg_watts), rerata HR, Max HR, kadensi langkah, TSS/Load (icu_training_load), dan gear/sepatu yang dipakai.
  3. Analisis Dekomposisi Repetisi (Jika Sesi Kualitas / Sub-T):
  4. Analisis Efisiensi Aerobik & Cardiac Drift (Dual-Engine Decoupling Cross-Validation):
      • < 3.5%: Sangat Stabil (Mesin Aerobik Matang).
      • 3.5% – 5.0%: Optimal / Lolos Standar Emas.
      • > 5.0%: Terjadi Drift Signifikan (dehidrasi, glikogen menipis, atau melampaui ambang AeT).
  5. Analisis Lanjutan & Pemulihan Dual-Engine (garmin-connect MCP v0.2.0):

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

lapor-lari is a skill published in the GitHub repository hadidwirsty/intervals-icu-mcp (1 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 66 tokens to every session and 2,870 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-26.
