What is halo-plugin-dev?

A development assistant for Halo CMS plugins, which are add-ons for the Halo content-management system. It covers Java server code, plugin settings and resources, build configuration, plugin interfaces and lifecycle, and Vue-based administration or user-area screens.

Use it for Halo plugin implementation, migration, debugging, or integration. It is for plugins rather than changes limited to a Halo theme.
