Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00053 | $0.00676 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00026 | $0.00338 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00011 | $0.00135 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00068 |
Grade A, and why
changelog scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 88 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Overview
Parses conventional commits since the last git tag and generates a structured changelog entry. Supports dry-run mode for preview without writing.
Step 1: Determine Range
- Find the latest tag:
git describe --tags --abbrev=0 2>/dev/null - If
--since <tag>is provided, use that instead - If no tags exist, use all commits on the current branch
Step 2: Parse Commits
Run git log <tag>..HEAD --pretty=format:"%H|%s|%an" --no-merges and parse each line:
- Extract type from conventional commit prefix:
feat,fix,refactor,chore,docs,test,perf,ci,style - Extract optional scope:
feat(crew): ...→ scope =crew - Extract description (everything after
:) - Flag breaking changes: commits with
!after type/scope orBREAKING CHANGE:in body
For commits that don't follow conventional format, group under "Other".
Step 3: Group & Format
Generate markdown grouped by type:
## [version] — YYYY-MM-DD
### Breaking Changes
- **scope**: description (hash)
### Features
- **scope**: description (hash)
### Bug Fixes
- **scope**: description (hash)
### Refactoring
- description (hash)
### Other
- description (hash)
Type mapping:
| Commit type | Section heading |
|---|---|
feat |
Features |
fix |
Bug Fixes |
refactor |
Refactoring |
perf |

docs |

test |

chore |

Omit empty sections. Use short hashes (7 chars).
Step 4: Detect Version
If pyproject.toml or package.json exists, read the current version. Otherwise use Unreleased as the version placeholder.
Step 5: Output
--dry-run(default): Print the changelog entry to stdout without writing- Otherwise: Prepend the entry to
CHANGELOG.md(create if missing, preserve existing content below)
If the output path is specified via --output, write there instead.
Step 6: Summary
## Changelog Generated
- Range: <previous-tag>..HEAD
- Commits: N total (X features, Y fixes, Z other)
- Breaking changes: N
- Output: CHANGELOG.md (or dry-run)
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
- 11d ago First seen · 88 lines · 53 tokens per session scan A d7f47383930c
changelog is a skill published in the GitHub repository hamzaPixl/pixl-ai (2 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 53 tokens to every session and 676 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
