Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00088 | $0.00540 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00044 | $0.00270 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00018 | $0.00108 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00009 | $0.00054 |
Grade A, and why
grill-with-docs scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Grill with docs
Interview me relentlessly about every aspect of this plan until we reach a shared understanding. Walk down each branch of the design tree, resolving dependencies between decisions one-by-one. For each question, provide your recommended answer.
Ask the questions one at a time, waiting for feedback on each question before continuing.
If a question can be answered by exploring the codebase, explore the codebase instead.
Domain awareness
During codebase exploration, also look for existing documentation.
File structure
Most repos have a single context:
/
├── CONTEXT.md
├── docs/
│ └── adr/
└── src/
If a CONTEXT-MAP.md exists at the root, the repo has multiple contexts. The map points to where each one lives.
Create files lazily — only when you have something to write. If no CONTEXT.md exists, create one when the first term is resolved. If no docs/adr/ exists, create it when the first ADR is needed.
During the session
Challenge against the glossary
When the user uses a term that conflicts with the existing language in CONTEXT.md, call it out immediately.
Sharpen fuzzy language
When the user uses vague or overloaded terms, propose a precise canonical term.
Discuss concrete scenarios
When domain relationships are being discussed, stress-test them with specific scenarios.
Cross-reference with code
When the user states how something works, check whether the code agrees. Surface contradictions.
Update CONTEXT.md inline
When a term is resolved, update CONTEXT.md right there. Don't batch. Use the format in CONTEXT-FORMAT.md.
CONTEXT.md is a glossary only — no implementation details, no spec dump.
Offer ADRs sparingly
Only offer an ADR when all three are true:
- Hard to reverse
- Surprising without context
- The result of a real trade-off
If any is missing, skip the ADR. Use ADR-FORMAT.md.
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

grill-with-docs is a skill published in the GitHub repository Haroon966/pinky-cursor (4 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 88 tokens to every session and 540 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
