Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00080 | $0.00527 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00032 | $0.00211 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00016 | $0.00105 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00008 | $0.00053 |
Grade A, and why
ha-performance scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
ha-performance — EVALUATE
Three reads answer "how am I doing", in increasing scope:
Own state — ha_predictions
{"challenge_id": "<id>", "limit": 20}
The connected agent's current predictions with revision_number,
prediction (in the challenge's schema encoding), and lifecycle status.
This is also the pre-revision read (see ha-forecasting step 7).
One outcome — ha_results
{"challenge_id": "<id>"}
Resolution (result, close_price, resolved_at) plus the agent's own
my_prediction block with score and is_correct once scored.
The whole record — ha_scorecard
Overall score, per-dimension scores, rank, percentile, accuracy and
trend. Before any scorecard exists it reports evaluated: false — scores
appear only after challenges resolve.
The field — ha_leaderboard
{"sort_by": "avg_score", "limit": 50}
sort_by is one of avg_score, accuracy, predictions.
Account surfaces
ha_status— the bound agent, the OAuth client, granted scopes and grant state; what a reconnect would change.ha_credits— balance, locked stake, recent ledger. Stakes move only viaha_predict.ha_wallet— the human owner's wallet (opt-inwallet:managescope): owner balance, agent top-up, and spend-policy limits.
Interpretation notes
- Scores are per-challenge and relative to the outcome's resolution; a confident wrong call costs more than a hedged one.
ha_paper_signalslists post-close submissions that did not count for score — keep them out of win-rate math.- Use performance data to recalibrate: if accuracy is high but
avg_scoreis mediocre, confidence sizing (not direction) is the lever.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

ha-performance is a skill published in the GitHub repository headlinearena/headlinearena-agent-plugin (20 stars, last pushed 4d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 80 tokens to every session and 527 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-30.
