Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00092 | $0.02661 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00046 | $0.01331 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00018 | $0.00532 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00009 | $0.00266 |
Grade A, and why
entra-token-validation scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 265 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Skill: Entra Token Validation
The runtime counterpart to openapi-spec-reviewer. That skill checks what a spec declares in
components/securitySchemes; this one checks what the service actually enforces at request time.
Trigger
Invoke when a user asks to:
- Audit, review or check token validation, JWT validation, or authentication in a
service-cp-*repo - Confirm a service is conformant with the Entra access token standard
- Add token validation to a service that trusts an unverified claim
- Diagnose why tokens are being rejected (or accepted when they should not be)
Invocation command: /entra-token-validation
Scope: service-cp-* runtime services only. For a spec's declared security schemes, use
openapi-spec-reviewer instead.
Prerequisites
Load and internalise both knowledge documents before auditing. They are bundled with this skill in
its knowledge/ directory (resolve relative to this SKILL.md):
knowledge/validation-standard.md— the decisions and traps behind each checkknowledge/conformance-suite.md— the test cases a conformant repo must carry
Then locate the service's own auth code. Do not assume package names — find them:
grep -rn "azp\|JWKSource\|DefaultJWTProcessor\|NimbusJwtDecoder\|Authorization" src/main --include='*.java' -l
If the service has no token validation at all, say so plainly, report it as a single Critical finding, and go straight to the Remediation stage — do not emit five empty lenses.
Audit process
Work through five lenses. For each finding record the file and line, so the report is navigable and so the remediation stage has an anchor.
Read the code before judging it. Several checks in the standard are deliberate omissions with a recorded rationale — flagging those as gaps is a false positive, and the standard names them.
Lens 1 — Signature and algorithm
The verifier must pin exactly one algorithm in its own configuration, not read alg from the token
header and not infer it from the key set (Entra's JWKS entries carry no alg).
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

entra-token-validation is a skill published in the GitHub repository hmcts/agentic-plugins-marketplace (3 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 92 tokens to every session and 2,661 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-06.
