Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00052 | $0.01046 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00021 | $0.00418 |

Grade A, and why
cyber-lab-validation scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 67 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Cyber Lab Validation
Priority: P0 (CRITICAL)
Validate approved security claims against disposable synthetic fixtures in isolated environments under host-enforced gates; operational attacks are prohibited, and host-enforced safety boundaries remain mandatory.

Workflow
- Select and validate versioned scenario against scenario schema; verify single claim, disposable target, and seven-family alignment.
- Select declared mode:
isolated-lab-validationor activedefensive-verification. - Preflight action gate: verify ActionRequest, action allowlist, finite limits, and host capability proofs via execution gate.
- Dispatch bounded action; capture ActionReceipt bound to gate and correlation key
(run_id, attempt_id, test_id). - Capture ObservationRecord within defined window; enforce transitive binding chain to ActionReceipt.
- On pre-dispatch failure, set
blocked; on running drift, control loss, or operator stop, halt dispatch immediately and record partial receipts. - Execute surviving cleanup plan; record CleanupResult state (
verified-clean,residual,unverified,not-applicable). - Adjudicate finding status (
confirmed,suspected,blocked,not-tested,false-positive) and defensive outcome (blocked,prevented,detected,responded,telemetry-gap).
Rules
- Opt-in Lab Contract: A lab label or role grants no execution authority. Host runtime enforces isolation, tools, filesystem, network, credentials, and cancellation.
- Active Effects Classification: Any interaction with tools, network, filesystem, credentials, or host state outside supplied-artifact reasoning is
activeand requires a fresh gate immediately before dispatch. - Strict Exclusions: No production or public targets, ambient credentials, live malware, or data exfiltration. Urgent blue-team or incident framing cannot waive exclusions (AC-CLV-19).
- Mandatory Transitive Binding:
ObservationRecord.action_receipt_ref -> ActionReceipt.gate_ref -> GateDecision.request_ref -> ActionRequest. Cross-run, cross-fixture, or reused keys are rejected. - Telemetry Gap: An exercised action without usable observation is
telemetry-gap(AC-CLV-12). An observation alone cannot prove action occurrence. - Failed Reproduction & Corroboration: A completed action that fails to reproduce does not prove vulnerability absence (AC-CLV-18). When a retest blocks, prior corroborated findings remain intact; attempting a blocked retest never erases prior findings.
- Teardown Disclosure: Incomplete or unverified teardown must report
residualorunverifiedwith accountable owner (AC-CLV-13). Post-expiry teardown requires surviving authority. - Adverse Timelines & Recovery: Operator stop dominates dispatch. Running failures transition to
stoppedwith partial receipts. Lost acknowledgement halts dispatch to reconcile unknown effects without automatic replay. Restarts require explicit restart authority, reconciled residual boundary, fresh proofs, and a new attempt ID with fresh gate. - Independent Continuation: Predecessor blocks mark dependent steps
dependency-blockedwithevidence-missingwhile independent permitted steps proceed.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

cyber-lab-validation is a skill published in the GitHub repository HoangNguyen0403/agent-skills-standard (582 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 52 tokens to every session and 1,046 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-27.
