reqwise-figma-mcp: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/figma-activity/SKILL.md

figma-activity is a skill for Claude Code from hoangpm96/reqwise-figma-mcp. It costs 51 tokens per session (2,400 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A Figma activity diagram showing a business process and who owns each step. Swimlanes are separate bands for people or teams, making handoffs visible.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to map onboarding, approvals, fulfilment, escalation, or other processes that pass between people or teams.
Why use it?
It exposes work that has no owner, stalled approvals, incorrect handoffs, and parallel steps that do not wait for one another. This is different from a user flow, which focuses on what a user sees next.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00051 $0.02400
Opus 5 $0.00026 $0.01200
Sonnet 5 $0.00010 $0.00480
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00240

Security

Grade A, and why

figma-activity scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

How it starts

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 179 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.

/figma-activity — Who does what, and what gets handed over

Read ../reqwise-diagram-rules.md first — connection gate, the four levels of correct, the findings loop, frame placement, verification. This file carries only what is specific to an activity diagram.

Goal

Draw a process that crosses people. Approval, onboarding, fulfilment, escalation — anywhere the interesting failures are handoffs: the step that sits in someone's inbox, the rejection that goes back to the wrong person, the parallel work nobody waits for.

Output: one Figma frame Activity · <title>, plus the process questions the diagram exposed.

Constraints

Hard rules — never violate

  • ASK which way it runs before drawing. rankdir: "LR" gives horizontal lanes — the classic swimlane, reading left→right. "TB" gives vertical lanes, reading top→bottom. It changes how the whole thing reads and it costs one question. Do not guess.
  • With lanes, EVERY node needs a lane. A step nobody owns is exactly the bug this diagram exists to expose; it is drawn in a visible "(no lane)" band rather than quietly filed under the first lane.
  • Drop lanes entirely for a single-owner process. Same notation, no bands. Do not invent a second lane to make it look like a swimlane.
  • Label a lane-crossing edge with WHAT is handed over — "hồ sơ đã duyệt", "lý do từ chối" — not "next", not "tiếp theo", not nothing.
  • A decision needs at least two ways out, each with a condition on the edge.
  • Never invent a step. If the source stops at "rồi duyệt", that is the finding.

Write it in the compact form

text is one line per thing. The <lane>: prefix is the field this diagram exists for — who performs the step — and here it is two characters at the front of the line rather than a property buried in an object, so a missing owner is visible at a glance.

rankdir LR # ask the user first — see Phase 2
lane cus "Khách hàng"
lane cvkh "CVKH" / chi nhánh
lane los "LOS" / external
cus: s start "Nộp hồ sơ vay"
cvkh: check "Kiểm tra giấy tờ"
cvkh: enough ? "Đủ hồ sơ?" # ? = a decision
los: score "Chấm điểm tín dụng"
cvkh: reject err "Từ chối | và nêu lý do" # err = the failure path, | splits a detail line
cus: done end "Nhận kết quả"
s > check "hồ sơ + giấy tờ"
check > enough
enough > score "đủ" # a decision branch MUST carry its condition
enough > reject "thiếu"
score > done "hồ sơ đã duyệt" # a lane-crossing edge says WHAT crossed
reject ~> check "bổ sung giấy tờ" # ~> = rework, routed outside the lanes

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

figma-activity is a skill published in the GitHub repository hoangpm96/reqwise-figma-mcp (65 stars, last pushed 3d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 51 tokens to every session and 2,400 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-18.
