A release procedure for creating an unsigned GitHub release of four apps. A GitHub release is a published version of a project, usually tied to a Git tag and downloadable build files.

Do not embed a signing identity to "make TestFlight easier" in this repo.
Workflows: .github/workflows/release-macos.yml, release-apple.yml.
Tags should match the changelog version.
