What is openspec-new-change?

A workflow step for starting a new OpenSpec change with written artifacts created in sequence. OpenSpec is a structured way to describe and manage software changes.

Use it to begin an OpenSpec change for a feature, fix, or modification and follow its experimental artifact workflow.

It gives a new feature, bug fix, or other modification a defined process instead of leaving requirements and implementation steps scattered.
