Overview / 概览
Build a self-contained interactive HTML deck (one index.html plus an assets/ directory) that maps confirmed source material into faithful reporting logic, sections, slide architecture, and layouts. The deck is Chinese-led bilingual, uses one Chinese-traditional theme color, Chinese cultural atmosphere, restrained grid discipline, and a logic-first narrative arc.
