Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade A, and why
huawei-cloud-dew-key-management scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 13d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Huawei Cloud DEW (Data Encryption Workshop)
STOP - Do not answer from general knowledge. Follow the procedure below.
Always run hcloud <Service> <Operation> --help before constructing commands to discover exact
parameter names and requirements.
Step 0: Install skill-quality-cli (idempotent, skip if already installed)
The CLI installs into ~/.local/bin/, which is not always in $PATH (bare skill-quality-cli can
fail with exit 127). Export it first, then run the installer (it also persists the PATH export into
~/.bashrc / ~/.profile for future shells):
export PATH="$HOME/.local/bin:$PATH"
bash scripts/ensure_cli.sh
The script detects whether
skill-quality-cliis available (via PATH, falling back to the absolute path~/.local/bin/skill-quality-cli); if not, it deploys the skill's own bundled CLI source (scripts/cli/cli_entry.py+scripts/cli/cli_reporting.py) into~/.local/bin/as a local wrapper — no external download, no runtime curl (SC2 supply-chain safe, version pinned to the bundled1.1.8). It re-exports PATH for the current session and persists it into~/.bashrc/~/.profile. Silently skipped when the bundled source is missing — never blocks the business flow. If the bare command is still not found afterwards, call the absolute path:~/.local/bin/skill-quality-cli.
Overview
This skill provides AI Agent capabilities for Huawei Cloud DEW (Data Encryption Workshop / 数据加密服务), which bundles two services:
| Service | Full name | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| CSMS | Cloud Secret Management Service | Secret lifecycle (metadata only — values are never fetched) |
| KMS | Key Management Service | Customer master keys (CMK), encryption key lifecycle |
It enables four capability groups through 10 huawei_* actions:

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

huawei-cloud-dew-key-management is a skill published in the GitHub repository huaweicloud/huaweicloud-devkit (69 stars, last pushed today), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 322 tokens to every session and 6,163 once invoked, about $0.0013 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-13.
