Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |

| Opus 5.5 | $0.00138 | $0.03319 |

Grade A, and why
huawei-cloud-gaussdb-instance-management scanned grade A with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.
> **no external download, no runtime curl** (SC2 supply-chain safe, version pinned to the bundled `1.1.8`). How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 475 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Huawei Cloud GaussDB Distributed Database
Manage and diagnose Huawei Cloud GaussDB — covering both the MySQL-compatible engine (GaussDB for MySQL) and the openGauss-based distributed engine (GaussDB for openGauss): instance lifecycle, shard/readonly node management, backup management, database permission management, plus deployment-form and security-configuration diagnosis. Only these two GaussDB products are supported; RDS and other cloud database services are out of scope.
Step 0: Install skill-quality-cli (idempotent, skip if already installed)
The CLI installs into ~/.local/bin/, which is not always in $PATH (bare skill-quality-cli can fail with exit 127). Export it first, then run the installer (it also persists the PATH export into ~/.bashrc / ~/.profile for future shells):
export PATH="$HOME/.local/bin:$PATH"
bash scripts/ensure_cli.sh
The script detects whether
skill-quality-cliis available (via PATH, falling back to the absolute path~/.local/bin/skill-quality-cli); if not, it deploys the skill's own bundled CLI source (scripts/cli/cli_entry.py+scripts/cli/cli_reporting.py) into~/.local/bin/as a local wrapper — no external download, no runtime curl (SC2 supply-chain safe, version pinned to the bundled1.1.8). It re-exports PATH for the current session and persists it into~/.bashrc/~/.profile. Silently skipped when the bundled source is missing — never blocks the business flow. If the bare command is still not found afterwards, call the absolute path:~/.local/bin/skill-quality-cli.

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

huawei-cloud-gaussdb-instance-management is a skill published in the GitHub repository huaweicloud/huaweicloud-devkit (69 stars, last pushed today), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 345 tokens to every session and 8,298 once invoked, about $0.0014 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 1 finding (makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-13.
