huawei-cloud-ces-aom-capacity-assessment

huawei-cloud-ces-aom-capacity-assessment is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from huaweicloud/huaweicloud-skills. It costs 212 tokens per session (4,474 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A Huawei Cloud capacity assessment tool that reads monitoring data and an Excel template to judge whether cloud services need more capacity for business peaks. It compares observed demand with target instances and writes the assessment back to Excel.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to assess capacity across supported cloud services, analyse monitoring data, decide whether scaling out is needed for peak periods, and produce an Excel result.
Why use it?
It replaces manual collection and calculation of peak demand, pressure, and expected event ceilings with a defined assessment workflow.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00212 $0.04474
Opus 5.5 $0.00085 $0.01790
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00042 $0.00895
Haiku 4.5 $0.00021 $0.00447

Security

Grade A, and why

huawei-cloud-ces-aom-capacity-assessment scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 29d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 7 executable files (scripts/capacity_cli.py, scripts/capacity/assessor.py, scripts/capacity/calculator.py, …), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Huawei Cloud Capacity Assessment

Assesses instances in the Excel capacity template: collects monitoring data (hcloud CES; CCE and other cloud-native metrics via hcloud AOM), computes peak/valley multiples, pressure coefficients, and expected festival ceilings, decides whether business peaks (festival events) need scale-out, and writes results back to Excel.

Core division of labor (must follow)

  • The script does all computation, data collection, and Excel read/write; the model only orchestrates the flow, selects modes, and reports results.
  • The model must not manually compute peak/valley or pressure coefficients, and must not make logic decisions beyond writing Excel cells.
  • The model must not investigate root causes of collection failures (§9.3); report failure details to the user as-is.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
