Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00257 | $0.04175 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00103 | $0.01670 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00051 | $0.00835 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00026 | $0.00417 |
Grade A, and why
huawei-cloud-dcs-failover scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 294 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Huawei Cloud DCS Master-Slave Failover (AZ Power-Off) Drill
Overview
This tool safely performs a DCS (Redis) master-slave failover drill on Huawei Cloud, verifying instance HA capability under AZ power-off (master node failure) scenarios. It runs a three-phase pipeline:
prepare (checks + risk assessment) -> execute (failover) -> report (generate report)
- prepare: query DCS instance, check IAM permissions, architecture hard-gate (ha + cross-AZ + RUNNING), generate experiment config directory, and run risk assessment
- execute: load config, safely execute master-slave failover (
ChangeMasterStandby), poll for completion, data consistency check - report: read config and execution result, generate comprehensive HTML report (instance info, safety checks, topology change, failover timeline, data consistency check)
Triggers / Trigger Conditions
Triggered when the user needs to perform a DCS master-slave failover, switchover, fault drill, AZ power-off drill, or failover experiment.
Trigger conditions:
- User mentions DCS master-slave failover or failover operation
- User needs to perform master-slave switchover on a ha-type DCS instance
- User needs a DCS fault drill or HA verification (AZ power-off scenario)
- User needs to swap master-slave or switchover on a DCS instance
- User needs to verify DCS HA / disaster recovery capability
Prerequisites
| Condition | Description | Verification |
|---|---|---|
| hcloud CLI | Installed and authenticated (KooCLI >= 3.0.0) | hcloud version |
| AK/SK | Configured via hcloud profile. Script only checks if read-only calls succeed; actual auth is handled by hcloud profile | hcloud DCS ListInstances --cli-region=cn-south-1 |
| Python 3.8+ | To run scripts | python3 --version |
| Master-slave DCS instance | A ha-type instance exists in the target region | hcloud CLI |
| Instance status RUNNING | Instance must be running before failover | prepare phase auto-checks |

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

huawei-cloud-dcs-failover is a skill published in the GitHub repository huaweicloud/huaweicloud-skills (59 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 257 tokens to every session and 4,175 once invoked, about $0.0010 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-30.
