Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade C, and why
huawei-cloud-devbridge-tunnel scanned grade C with 2 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Huawei Cloud DevBridge Development Tunnel
Create and manage DevBridge development tunnels to securely expose local development services to remote devices via Huawei Cloud relay infrastructure.
Overview
DevBridge is a development tunnel service that allows developers to expose local services (web servers, APIs, debug endpoints) to remote devices without opening public inbound ports. The CLI tool (devbridge) manages tunnels, ports, host connections, and connect sessions.

Use Cases
- Remote debugging and integration testing with team members
- Sharing in-development web pages with stakeholders
- Receiving webhook callbacks during local development
- Accessing local services from mobile devices or other machines
- Temporarily exposing local APIs for demonstrations
Typical User Expressions
- "Help me expose my local port 8080 to a remote device"
- "Create a development tunnel for my frontend dev server"
- "I need to share my local API with the team for testing"
- "Connect to a tunnel from another machine"
- "帮我把本地 8080 端口暴露给远程设备"

What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

huawei-cloud-devbridge-tunnel is a skill published in the GitHub repository huaweicloud/huaweicloud-skills (49 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 185 tokens to every session and 4,722 once invoked, about $0.0009 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it C with 2 findings (downloads and executes remote code, makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-03.
