solo-compay-os: Skill for Claude Code

.agents/skills/pm-backlog/SKILL.md

pm-backlog is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from hubo0520/solo-compay-os. It costs 34 tokens per session (226 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A planning helper that turns a product requirements document, or PRD, into a prioritized backlog. A backlog is a list of work items ordered by importance and paired with completion criteria and dependencies.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it after a PRD exists to create an MVP-focused backlog with P0, P1, and P2 priorities in `docs/BACKLOG.md`.
Why use it?
It converts a broad product description into concrete work that a team can schedule and execute.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00034 $0.00226
Opus 5 $0.00017 $0.00113
Sonnet 5 $0.00007 $0.00045
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00023

Measured 10d ago against content hash 222b695db6a3, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-10, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

pm-backlog scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

pm-backlog

Purpose

Turn PRD into an executable backlog.

Input assumptions

  • There is a PRD or at least a mission statement.
  • You may infer a minimal PRD from mission if PRD is missing, but note assumptions.

Output contract (STRICT)

Return ONLY JSON:

{
  "files": [
    {"path": "docs/BACKLOG.md", "content": "..."}
  ],
  "summary": "1-3 sentences",
  "warnings": ["optional"]
}

Backlog format

docs/BACKLOG.md should include:

  • a short summary of scope
  • a table with columns: Priority, Work Item, Definition of Done, Dependencies
  • 8-20 items total, focused on MVP
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
