Article Workflow Global Review

This is Phase 4 of the article-workflow-* skill series, corresponding to "global coherence review" in the article optimization workflow.
Goal: read the scattered chapters as one continuous article, find breaks, repetitions, and misplacements, and give a clear handling direction for each repetition. This is not about mechanically deleting all repetitions, but about judging which repetitions make the article spin in place and which are necessary progression or echo. AI does the diagnosis and organization; the author makes the judgment. This phase does not directly edit the draft — it only points out problem locations and adjustment directions; the actual changes are left to Phase 4.5.
