ai-seo

ai-seo is a skill for Claude Code from iamwaqargulzar/Marketing-Agent-OS. It costs 65 tokens per session (1,127 once invoked), scanned A, a copy of impeccable, Apache-2.0.

A skill for improving visibility in both traditional search engines and AI answer tools. It covers AI-search topics such as citations, crawler access, brand evidence, and llms.txt alongside conventional SEO.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to review source accessibility, entity clarity, answerable content, AI crawler access, llms.txt, and platform readiness, then plan tests and recommendations.
Why use it?
It helps distinguish documented search requirements from hypotheses about AI-answer visibility, so uncertain tactics are not presented as guaranteed ranking factors.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00065 $0.01127
Opus 5.5 $0.00026 $0.00451
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00013 $0.00225
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00113

Security

Grade A, and why

ai-seo scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 14d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 7 executable files (scripts/brand_scanner.py, scripts/citability_scorer.py, scripts/fetch_page.py, …), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Ai Seo

Quick Start

Use this skill for ai seo. Start from the user’s concrete objective and available evidence; do not substitute generic marketing advice for task-specific analysis.

Skill Contract

  • Reads: user-provided context; relevant project files; .agents/product-marketing.md when present; approved public or connected data sources.
  • Writes: recommendations and artifacts in the response by default. Persistent file/account changes require explicit request or authorization.
  • Evidence: label consequential claims as measured, user-provided, calculated, estimated, or proxy. Never upgrade uncertainty silently.
  • Side effects: do not publish, send, spend, delete, mutate accounts, or persist registry truth without user authorization.
  • Freshness: verify current platform rules, search eligibility, ad policies, model/tool capabilities, laws, pricing, and other time-sensitive claims before acting.

Instructions

  1. Separate conventional SEO requirements from AI-answer visibility hypotheses; optimize for both without treating speculative GEO tactics as guaranteed ranking factors.
  2. Test source accessibility, entity clarity, answerability, citation-worthiness, factual density, provenance, structure and crawl directives.
  3. Evaluate AI crawler access and llms.txt as interoperability aids, not as substitutes for robots.txt, sitemaps or high-quality indexable content.
  4. Use scripts/citability_scorer.py, scripts/llmstxt_generator.py and scripts/brand_scanner.py when deterministic checks help.
  5. When platform behavior or eligibility can change, verify current first-party documentation before making implementation claims.
  6. Report observations separately from hypotheses and label confidence.
  7. When recommending page formats or interpreting citation changes, read references/format-volatility.md; do not generalize a dated change from one answer engine to every platform.
  8. For crawler access, read references/crawler-policy.md; decide search discovery, user retrieval, model training, and grounding separately. Inspect the live robots response for CDN-managed rules.
  9. For positioning, third-party consensus, or AI-answer sentiment, read references/visibility-strategy.md; distinguish a mention or citation from a favorable recommendation and measure buyer-relevant prompts.

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
