Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Grade A, and why
ttm-fleet scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 7d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts

TTM Fleet — Concurrent Forecasting & Governance
Overview
The fleet endpoint runs one TTM forecast per truck in parallel. All workers are independent — a timeout on one truck does not fail the others.
Fleet Configuration
PER_TRUCK_TIMEOUT = 8 # seconds — one TTM native API round-trip
FLEET_WORKERS = min(10, len(trucks))
Adjust PER_TRUCK_TIMEOUT if native API latency increases (e.g. cross-region calls). Increase FLEET_WORKERS only when fleet size exceeds 10 trucks.
Concurrent Forecasting Pattern
from concurrent.futures import ThreadPoolExecutor, TimeoutError
def forecast_fleet_optimization(trucks: list) -> list:
FLEET_WORKERS = min(10, len(trucks))
PER_TRUCK_TIMEOUT = 8
with ThreadPoolExecutor(max_workers=FLEET_WORKERS) as pool:
future_map = {
pool.submit(_forecast_one, t['truckId']): t['truckId']
for t in trucks
}
results = []
for future, truck_id in future_map.items():
try:
results.append(future.result(timeout=PER_TRUCK_TIMEOUT))
except TimeoutError:
# Timed-out truck falls back to current-temp-vs-threshold heuristic
results.append(_fallback_heuristic(truck_id))
except Exception as e:
results.append({"truckId": truck_id, "error": str(e)})
return results
Each worker calls _forecast_one(truck_id) which:
- Fetches the truck's telemetry
- Applies cargo normalisation
- Calls
ttm_model.forecast()via Path 1 (native API) or Path 2 (local) - Returns a structured result dict
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

ttm-fleet is a skill published in the GitHub repository ibm-self-serve-assets/building-blocks (28 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 58 tokens to every session and 1,400 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-15.

Resolve missing setup caused by a hardcoded Foundry project endpoint or model in a sample. Use when a sample fails because it uses a placeholder/hardcoded projectendpoint (for example "https://your-project.services.ai.azure.com") or a hardcoded model instead of reading them from the environment.
