Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00017 | $0.02238 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00009 | $0.01119 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00003 | $0.00448 |

Grade B, and why
notion scanned grade B with 2 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 8d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Sends data to an external URLmediumData exfiltration
A POST to an outside endpoint may be telemetry or may be exfiltration; either way the mod talks to somewhere, and you should know where.
When `curl -d '...'` contains variable interpolation (`$VAR`, backticks, nested quotes), shell escaping silently corrupts the JSON. **Always write the payload to a temp file and use `-d @file`:** Makes network callslowCapability
Not a fault in itself. Listed so you know the mod talks to something, and to what.

The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 215 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Notion API
Use the Notion API via curl to create, read, update pages, databases (data sources), and blocks. No extra tools needed — just curl and a Notion API key.
Prerequisites
- Create an integration at https://notion.so/my-integrations
- Copy the API key (starts with
ntn_orsecret_) - Store it in
~/.hermes/.env:NOTION_API_KEY=ntn_your_key_here - Important: Share target pages/databases with your integration in Notion (click "..." → "Connect to" → your integration name)
API Basics
All requests use this pattern:
curl -s -X GET "https://api.notion.com/v1/..." \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $NOTION_API_KEY" \
-H "Notion-Version: 2025-09-03" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json"
The Notion-Version header is required. This skill uses 2025-09-03 (latest). In this version, databases are called "data sources" in the API.
Common Operations
Search
curl -s -X POST "https://api.notion.com/v1/search" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $NOTION_API_KEY" \
-H "Notion-Version: 2025-09-03" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{"query": "page title"}'
Get Page
curl -s "https://api.notion.com/v1/pages/{page_id}" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $NOTION_API_KEY" \
-H "Notion-Version: 2025-09-03"
Get Page Content (blocks)
curl -s "https://api.notion.com/v1/blocks/{page_id}/children" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $NOTION_API_KEY" \
-H "Notion-Version: 2025-09-03"
Create Page in a Database
curl -s -X POST "https://api.notion.com/v1/pages" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $NOTION_API_KEY" \
-H "Notion-Version: 2025-09-03" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{
"parent": {"database_id": "xxx"},
"properties": {
"Name": {"title": [{"text": {"content": "New Item"}}]},
"Status": {"select": {"name": "Todo"}}
}
}'
Query a Database
curl -s -X POST "https://api.notion.com/v1/data_sources/{data_source_id}/query" \
-H "Authorization: Bearer $NOTION_API_KEY" \
-H "Notion-Version: 2025-09-03" \
-H "Content-Type: application/json" \
-d '{
"filter": {"property": "Status", "select": {"equals": "Active"}},
"sorts": [{"property": "Date", "direction": "descending"}]
}'
What ships with it
3 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

notion is a skill published in the GitHub repository Ibook000/ibook-skill (2 stars, last pushed 8d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 17 tokens to every session and 2,238 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it B with 2 findings (sends data to an external url, makes network calls). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
