Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00095 | $0.02548 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00038 | $0.01019 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00019 | $0.00510 |

Grade A, and why
component-creator scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 230 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Component Creator
Create the smallest durable Claude Code component that owns the requested job. The default artifact is a skill: skills are discoverable, directly invocable, composable from the current conversation, and can opt into an isolated context when needed. Add an agent only when the job needs an execution boundary that a skill cannot express cleanly.
Invoke gutt-pro:memory-search before designing, gutt-pro:graph-traversal only
when a genuine multi-hop ownership question remains, gutt-pro:memory-capture
for a durable reusable lesson, and gutt-pro:agent-memory-protocol before any
identity-scoped recall or tagged org write. Skills do not accept the agent
frontmatter skills: field. A skill can instead explicitly invoke another skill
by its fully-qualified name; if deterministic preload is essential, that is
evidence for a custom agent.
Memory identity
This workflow preserves the legacy creator identity as
agent-creator--<scope> even though its implementation is now a skill. The
stable identity is provenance for the capability, not a claim that an isolated
actor ran.
Resolve <scope> at runtime, where you run: the scope bound to this working
directory (the invoked agent-memory-protocol skill carries the file read), else
the git remote's owner/repo, else the working folder's name — lower-cased, with
every run of characters outside a-z0-9 collapsed to a single dash and the dashes
trimmed. A memory group id is never a scope: identity is already keyed on the group,
so a scope taken from it separates nothing. Never register the base name alone:
registration merges on name + group, so a bare name joins whatever else registered
under it, and org writes cannot be reassigned afterwards.
Once the authoritative org group is resolved too, register before the first identity-scoped read or tagged org write:
register_agent(
name="agent-creator--<scope>",
description="Designs and scaffolds skills-first Claude Code plugin components",
group_id=<the resolved org group>)
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

component-creator is a skill published in the GitHub repository iBrain-BVBA/gutt-claude-code-plugin (5 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 95 tokens to every session and 2,548 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-16.
