What is skill-creator-cn?

A skill-development tool for creating, editing, debugging, and evaluating reusable coding-agent instructions. It supports both Chinese and English.

Use it to make a new skill, improve an existing one, tune when it is triggered, and run evaluations.

It helps find unclear instructions and check whether a skill behaves as intended.
