adversarial-review

adversarial-review is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from iflytek/skillhub. It costs 203 tokens per session (4,262 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A multi-stage code review process in which one reviewer looks for failures, another independently checks the findings and the changed code, and a final reviewer decides which findings stand. It requires evidence such as code locations or test results and states that the reviewers may still share the same model's blind spots.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it for adversarial review, bug hunting, release checks, and examining whether a claimed fix really works.
Why use it?
It reduces the chance that the person who made a change overlooks its defects or introduces a new one while fixing an old one. It does not guarantee that shared misunderstandings are found.

About the project

SkillHub is a self-hosted registry where organizations publish, discover, version, and manage reusable skills for AI agents. Teams use it to share governed skill packages privately, with namespaces, role-based access control, audit logs, and CLI installation; the catalogue entries are skills and related agent integrations that can be managed through it.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00203 $0.04262
Opus 5.5 $0.00081 $0.01705
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00041 $0.00852
Haiku 4.5 $0.00020 $0.00426

Security

Grade A, and why

adversarial-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 1 executable file (scripts/check-report.mjs), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

(Blue Team / Third Party / Adjudication)

  1. 用未验证的乐观假设说服自己推迟修复("这个兜底应该够了吧");
  2. 测试提供假安全感(测试全绿,但功能其实早坏了);
  3. 为了修 A 而引入 B(新写的修复代码本身没被独立审视)。

  • references/review-dimensions.md —— 完整质量维度清单(19 项)。
  • references/quickstart.md —— 面向用户的上手说明(档位选择、什么时候不该用它)。
  • examples/sample-review.md —— 一次真实评审的产出样例。

  • ✅ 能有效抓出:代码级错误、逻辑漏洞、测试造假、自相矛盾、遗漏分支、声明与实现不符;

  • 独立性已被显著削弱,第 2、3 步的价值大幅下降;
  • 必须在报告开头显式声明"本次为降级模式,角色由同一 agent 串行扮演";
  • 不得使用"独立复核""第三方验证"等措辞;

  3. 选维度:读 references/review-dimensions.md,按"按改动类型选维度"表选出本次必审维度。
  4. 定报告目录(默认 docs/review/)。

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

adversarial-review is a skill published in the GitHub repository iflytek/skillhub (5,223 stars, last pushed today), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 203 tokens to every session and 4,262 once invoked, about $0.0008 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-16.
