spec conscientemente (e registra ADR se for difícil de reverter). Se a decisão "corrigir vs
atualizar" tiver ramificações (afeta outros AC, fronteiras, ADRs), rode
/clarificarpara fechar a árvore antes de escolher. - Definition of Done (ver
