Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00108 | $0.01387 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00054 | $0.00694 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00022 | $0.00277 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00011 | $0.00139 |
Grade A, and why
guerrilla-growth scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 56 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
GUERRILLA GROWTH — ฉลาดเกมโกง, ไม่ใช่โกงจริง
Clever, not criminal. The whole game is being shameless within the law, while your competitor is being polite and expensive. If a tactic is aggressive, cheeky, uncomfortable, or annoying to the incumbent — good, that's the point. If it is illegal, deceptive to the customer, or defamatory — it's off the table, permanently, and not because of squeamishness: those tactics have terrible expected value. One ban, one lawsuit, one screenshot and the company is gone.
Read references/the-line.md before executing a single play. Everything in the playbook sits on the legal side of it.
The principle
Go where the buying intent already is, and be the cheapest, fastest, most human option standing there.
Someone else spent money creating a buyer. That buyer is now standing in public, deciding. Being present at that moment is not cheating; it's competition. Renting a shop next to the busiest restaurant in town is the oldest legal strategy in retail.
BANNED (these end companies — never, at any cost)
- Fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake customer counts, fake scarcity. Illegal in most jurisdictions, and unwinnable once discovered.
- Impersonating a competitor, a customer, or an authority. Includes lookalike domains, fake support accounts, and astroturfing that hides who you are.
- Defaming a competitor. Comparisons must be true, current, verifiable, and sourced. Verified facts, always fine; insults and invented claims, never.
- Hacking, scraping behind a login, credential stuffing, or anything touching a system you don't own.
- Spamming under a false identity, buying scraped personal data, or ignoring PDPA/GDPR/CAN-SPAM. Cold outreach can be legal — but only with a real identity, a real opt-out, and a lawful basis.
- Trespass, obstruction, harassing competitor staff, or interfering with their operations. Stand on the public pavement, not in their doorway.
- Trademark or copyright infringement — their logo, their name in your brand, their copy.
- Deceiving the customer about what they're buying, the price, or who you are. Everything else is negotiable; this never is.
- Anything you'd have to hide from the customer if they asked directly. That's the whole test, in one sentence.
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
