Найди места для правки
Прочитай текст целиком. Определи его задачу, регистр и уже выраженную позицию. Для каждого мешающего фрагмента наметь запись: точная цитата → конкретная проблема для читателя → локальное действие. Это рабочая разметка, а не обязательный отчёт.
Ищи предложения, которые анонсируют мысль вместо её изложения, повторяют вывод с усилением, хвалят собственную честность, подставляют воображаемого оппонента. Проверь канцелярские обороты, пустые усилители и расплывчатые образы. Слово или конструкция сами по себе не основание для вмешательства: противопоставление может уточнять услугу, повтор — держать термин, список — помогать выполнить задачу.
Рабочие фрагменты пометь KEEP и сохрани. Для остальных выбери действие: TRIM — убрать оболочку вокруг утверждения; REPLACE — яснее выразить ту же мысль; JOIN — убрать дублирование соседних фраз. Если понятной проблемы нет, оставь текст.
Исправь по разметке
Меняй найденное место и только необходимую для связности часть его окружения. При сокращении сохрани содержимое обеих частей, если они сообщают разные вещи. У пустой риторической подводки можно убрать саму подводку. У содержательного, но туманного утверждения упростить формулировку, сохранив её ограниченность. Отсутствующая в источнике конкретика остаётся отсутствующей.
Каждая замена наследует лицо, тон и словарь соседних предложений. Уже имеющиеся шутки, грубость, метафоры и обрывы сохраняются, если они выполняют свою задачу. Нейтральный текст остаётся нейтральным. Количество маркеров не задаёт объём переписывания. Ритм получается из мысли и голоса, а не из чередования длин фраз.
