Шаг 1 — Сверка
Запусти рабочий процесс скилла month-end-prep:
- Подтяни все операции из
~~бухгалтерия(1С/МойСклад) за закрываемый месяц. - Подтяни зачисления из каждого подключённого источника
~~платежи(ЮKassa, Тинькофф, СБП, банк-выписка) за тот же месяц. - Сопоставь операции учёта с зачислениями по сумме + дате (±2 дня).
- Выведи три категории расхождений:
- Зачисления без пары — деньги пришли через эквайринг/СБП, но не попали в учёт
- Поступления в учёте без пары — в учёте есть доход без записи в эквайринге (наличные? перевод по реквизитам? неверная статья?)
- Расхождения по сумме — сопоставлено, но сумма отличается (комиссии, разбитые возвраты)
Шаг 2 — Пометить подозрительные записи
Выведи в том же отчёте:
- Операции без статьи — записи в учёте без статьи
- Подозрительные дубли — та же сумма, тот же контрагент, в пределах 3 дней
- Нет первички — операции в учёте свыше 5 000 ₽ без приложенного документа (акт, накладная, чек, УПД)
Для каждой рекомендуй действие: разнести на статью X, удалить дубль, приложить первичный документ.
Дождись, пока собственник разберёт помеченные пункты, прежде чем писать сводку. Не разноси по статьям и не удаляй автоматически.
