.claude/skills/mighty/SKILL.md

mighty is a skill for Claude Code from indexedlabs/pydantic-ai-gepa. It costs 87 tokens per session (393 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A workflow guide for using Mighty, a tool that stores project context as a searchable graph. It covers finding related work, recording decisions, tracking tasks, and closing work.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to start repository work, find relevant context, create or claim tasks, link supporting evidence, and finish tracked work.
Why use it?
It helps keep project knowledge and implementation evidence connected instead of scattered across files and conversations.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00087 $0.00393
Opus 5 $0.00044 $0.00197
Sonnet 5 $0.00017 $0.00079
Haiku 4.5 $0.00009 $0.00039

Measured 10d ago against content hash e9776998c39f, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-11, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

mighty scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Mighty (mt)

Session start

  • Run mt prime.
  • If you need the repo prefix for citations, run mt repo show.

Find context first

  • Prefer mt search <keyword> and mt tree before grepping code.
  • Deep dive entities with mt show <id>.
  • Use citations in descriptions: [Title](cite:<id_prefix>-spec-...) / ...-dec-... / ...-task-... (always include link text).
  • Resolve .loro merge conflicts using the merge sub-skill in mighty/merge/.

Create and track work

  • New spec: mt new --title "..." --type feature --description-file -
  • New decision: mt decision new --title "..." --rationale "..."
  • New task: mt task new --title "..." --type task --description-file -
  • Start work: mt claim <task-id>
  • Link evidence/relationships: mt link ...

Inbox triage (when user runs mt inbox)

  • Fix obvious typos in titles.
  • Clarify titles to be concise/actionable.
  • Find/link parents via mt search.
  • Promote from triage → draft once clarified.

Before you say “done”

  • Run mt closeout and address anything it flags.
  • Record any missing decision(s), link evidence, then mt commit.
Files

What ships with it

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
