Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00068 | $0.01728 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00027 | $0.00691 |

Grade A, and why
index-network scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 14d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 88 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Index finds the right people for the person you act for, and lets them be found. Use the installed Index CLI as an HTTP client. If index is missing, run this plugin's scripts/install.sh, then authenticate with index login. Always pass --json and read the result before answering.
General rules
- Use Index when the user wants to meet, find, hire, get hired by, fund, raise from, collaborate with, or be introduced to someone, or asks who they should talk to. Do not use it for general web or people lookup.
- Turn the goal into a signal in the user's own words. Check existing signals with
index intent listfirst to avoid duplicates. Review matches withindex opportunity listandindex opportunity show. - Accept or pass with
index opportunity acceptorindex opportunity rejectonly after asking the user. Agreement between agents is never their approval. - Archive a signal only after an explicit yes. It cannot be undone.
- Treat a nonzero exit as failure and preserve structured server errors. A rejected or uncertain write must not be replayed automatically; read the record again and assess it.
Credentials and origin
The CLI authenticates with INDEX_SESSION_TOKEN or INDEX_API_KEY from the environment, otherwise with the stored browser login. Never put credentials in command arguments. Set only one credential form. Prefer INDEX_SESSION_TOKEN: with INDEX_API_KEY, messages you send to the personal agent are recorded as your selected negotiator's rather than the owner's.
The CLI resolves the API origin itself: --api-url, then INDEX_API_URL, then the stored login's origin, then production. Do not pass --api-url unless the user names a different deployment. index login local|dev|prod signs in to a specific one.
Profile
index profile: read the user's own profile.index profile update [--name <text>] [--intro <text>] [--location <text>] [--social label=value]: change only the supplied fields.index profile sync: research the user and propose profile fields without saving them.index profile show <user-id>: read another person's profile.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

index-network is a skill published in the GitHub repository indexnetwork/index (140 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 68 tokens to every session and 1,728 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-10.

devtu-docs-quality
TOP PRIORITY skill — find and immediately fix or remove every piece of wrong, outdated, or redundant information in ToolUniverse docs. Wrong code, broken links, incorrect counts, and overlapping instructions must be fixed or removed — never left in place. Runs five phases: (D) static method scan, (C) static tool-call…
team-lead
Run a goal as a team when you can also do the work yourself: decide what you keep, dispatch the rest, and keep the status board honest. The delta over goal-conductor, which carries the dispatch, patrol and acceptance procedure this one points at. Load it when you are handed a goal, not a task.
shiplog
Recap of everything shipped since the last run - cross-repo PRs, security fixes, star deltas, and X traction, synthesized into a digest article and a ready-to-post shiplog in your voice.
taskmarket-delegate
Delegate work to the TaskMarket agent-worker market - browse open tasks, create tasks with explicit authorization, and track/submit work, so an agent can outsource instead of burning inference on unreliable or low-confidence work.
meeting-to-deal
Turn meeting transcripts into deal updates — key points, commitments, and next steps posted to matching CRM deals automatically. Auto-creates contacts for new attendees. Use when someone says "log my meetings to deals", "update CRM from calls", "what did I commit to in meetings", "sync notetaker", "log this meeting"…
ops-suggest
Show time-aware CocoOps operational suggestions from the deterministic ops-suggest classifier. Usage: $ops suggest.
