Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00037 | $0.02084 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00015 | $0.00834 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00417 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00004 | $0.00208 |
Grade B, and why
audit scanned grade B with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Recursive force deletemediumDestructive command
rm -rf with a variable or a broad path is one typo away from removing the wrong tree.
- [ ] `.agentwork/` directory cleaned up (`rm -rf .agentwork/`) Downgraded: this mod is about security review, or the phrase is quoted, so it is likely naming the pattern rather than instructing it.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 196 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Audit Skill
Entry-point guard: This is a user-invoked command skill (
/audit). If you are a spawned subagent, do NOT execute this skill — return to your assigned scope card.
Purpose
Comprehensive, multi-dimensional code audit of existing code. Dispatches parallel subagents across orthogonal code quality, architectural, security, and integrity dimensions for maximum coverage. This skill identifies issues — it does not write new features or fixes.
When to Use
- After another agent's feature is committed (cross-agent review)
- Periodic quality gates on the codebase
- Before releases or deployments
- When user wants assurance without writing new code
- After addressing review findings, to verify the fixes
When NOT to Use
- Deep security-only vulnerability scan →
/security-audit - When writing new features →
/workflow-soloor/workflow-team - When fixing known bugs →
/bugfix - When restructuring code →
/refactor

Pre-Audit Checklist
Before starting the audit, you MUST:
- Scan
.agents/rules/directory — these form the baseline review criteria - Read
rule-priority.md— for conflict resolution and severity classification - Identify audit scope — determine whether auditing a specific feature, module, or full codebase
Phase 0: Reconnaissance
Before dispatching subagents, understand the codebase structure and scope.
0.1 — Stack & Architecture Detection
Scan for language/framework/infrastructure markers:
- Languages:
go.mod,package.json,Cargo.toml,pyproject.toml,pom.xml,*.csproj,Gemfile,composer.json - Frameworks: HTTP frameworks, ORMs, UI frameworks, state management
- Architecture: Directory layout, monorepo structure (
apps/), feature slice organization
0.2 — Codebase Inventory
Map key components within the audit scope:
- API endpoints and public entry points
- Business logic modules & pure domain functions
- Storage adapters & database interactions
- External service integrations & HTTP clients
- Logging, monitoring & observability setup
- Configuration and environment variable usage
- Test suite structure (unit, integration, E2E)
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

audit is a skill published in the GitHub repository irahardianto/awesome-agv (156 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 37 tokens to every session and 2,084 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it B with 1 finding (recursive force delete). No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-10-15.

review-system-design
Review a system design someone else provided - screenshot, drawio, Mermaid, slides, doc, or IaC - by extracting it into a confirmed fact sheet, then scoring it on the nine axes.
codebase-review
Review an entire codebase for architecture, engineering health, and exploitable risk; generate a prioritized remediation plan, an evidence-anchored system knowledge document, or both.
common-feedback-reporter
Pre-write audit for skill violations: checks planned code against loaded skill anti-patterns before any file write. Use when writing Flutter/Dart/TS code or editing SKILL.md files with active project skills. Load as composite; on auto-fixed violation, also load +common/common-learning-log.
