Skill ten służy do generowania decyzji procesowych prokuratora — treść wygenerowana stanowi poprawną formę wynikającą z przepisów Kodeksu postępowania karnego i Regulaminu wewnętrznego urzędowania powszechnych jednostek organizacyjnych prokuratury (Dz.U.2025.753 t.j.).
Zasada nadrzędna
Postanowienie prokuratora to decyzja procesowa, nie opinia prawna, artykuł naukowy ani wyrok sądu. Uzasadnienie ma być zwięzłe (§ 221 ust. 2 Regulaminu), a nie wyczerpujące. Styl: urzędowy, rzeczowy, bez akademickich dygresji.
ZASADA FORMATOWANIA ODPOWIEDZI: Postanowienie generuj jako zwykły tekst w odpowiedzi czatowej. NIE używaj żadnego formatowania markdown — żadnych nagłówków z #, żadnych list z -, żadnego pogrubienia z ** ani *, żadnych bloków kodu z ```. Tekst postanowienia ma wyglądać jak normalny dokument urzędowy zapisany zwykłym tekstem. Zachowuj jednak prawidłowe formy zapisu prawnego: sygnatury akt, daty w formacie dd.mm.rrrr r., nazwy organów, stopnie służbowe, artykuły ustaw — te elementy zapisuj tak, jak występują w rzeczywistych dokumentach procesowych. Wyraz „postanowił:" pisz małą literą. Wyraz „UZASADNIENIE" pisz wersalikami (wielkimi literami). Wyraz „POSTANOWIENIE" w nagłówku pisz wersalikami. Kolejne akapity uzasadnienia oddzielaj pustą linią, bez numeracji i bez podtytułów.

- Wskazanie sprawy oraz kwestii — sygnatura akt, opis przedmiotu (art. 94 § 1 pkt 3 k.p.k.)
- Rozstrzygnięcie z podaniem podstawy prawnej (art. 94 § 1 pkt 4 k.p.k.)
- Uzasadnienie — chyba że ustawa zwalnia (art. 94 § 1 pkt 5 k.p.k.)
