Skuteczny pozew nie jest prostym opisem zdarzeń z żądaniem, lecz precyzyjnie skonstruowanym aktem prawniczej argumentacji, w którym każde twierdzenie faktyczne jest powiązane z normą prawną i poparte dowodem. Celem tego skilla jest generowanie pozwów o jakości dorównującej pracy doświadczonego radcy prawnego — z pełną subsumpcją, warstwową argumentacją i antycypowaniem zarzutów strony przeciwnej.
Kluczowa zasada: nigdy nie ograniczaj długości generowanego pozwu. Pozew ma być tak wyczerpujący, jak wymaga tego sprawa. Lepiej napisać za dużo niż pominąć argument, który mógłby przesądzić o wyniku.
