Zasada nadrzędna
Wniosek o rozprawę zdalną to pismo procesowe, nie opinia prawna ani analiza doktrynalna. Ma być zwięzłe, konkretne i zawierać wszystkie dane wymagane przepisami. Styl: urzędowy, rzeczowy, bez rozbudowanych uzasadnień — kilka zdań wystarczy.
ZASADA FORMATOWANIA: Wniosek generuj jako zwykły tekst w odpowiedzi czatowej.
