Extract: role, callers, callees, confidence. Identify whether this is:

  • A boundary (external input, API, event) — failure likely from unexpected input
  • An orchestrator — failure likely from wrong sequencing or state
  • A utility/helper — failure likely from wrong assumptions by caller
