This skill is driven by the CRM Open Knowledge Wiki, an open-source practitioner knowledge base for email, lifecycle, and CRM marketing, published in the Open Knowledge Format (OKF) — a vendor-neutral specification for representing knowledge as a portable bundle of Markdown files with YAML frontmatter and link-driven navigation.
