document-delivery

document-delivery is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from jamditis/claude-skills-journalism. It costs 24 tokens per session (785 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A workflow for preparing, inspecting, sharing, and delivering an editable document or PDF from verified source material. It keeps drafting, sending, publishing, and confirming access as separate steps.

In plain words
What is it for?
It is for creating reports, letters, memos, packets, and other documents, then checking their rendered output and delivery status.
Why use it?
It prevents a draft from being treated as delivered and helps avoid sending material without the right authority, source files, or recipient confirmation.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00024 $0.00785
Opus 5.5 $0.00010 $0.00314
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00005 $0.00157
Haiku 4.5 $0.00002 $0.00078

Security

Grade A, and why

document-delivery scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured yesterday.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Document delivery

Keep content creation, sharing, sending, and publication as separate states.

When to use

  • A requester needs a memo, letter, packet, report, or editable document.
  • A finished document must be shared or sent to an authorized recipient.
  • The workflow needs proof of recipient access or delivery.

When not to use

  • The request is only for content research or a draft outline.
  • Publication or external delivery has no explicit authority.
  • The source material or brand assets are unavailable or unverified.

What you need

  • Verified source files and current brand assets.
  • A document tool that preserves native structure.
  • An export or render path for visual inspection.
  • A sharing or sending capability with access readback.
  • A tracking record for delivery status.
  • A written authorization policy for external actions.

Before any external action, read the project instruction file (AGENTS.md for Codex, CLAUDE.md for Claude Code). The written policy must state who may send, share, publish, or change what, to whom, and when. Draft authority does not grant delivery or publication authority.

Workflow

  1. Confirm the requested format, audience, source set, and delivery state.
  2. Ground factual text in the supplied sources.
  3. Confirm that brand assets and document templates are current.
  4. Build the editable document with native headings, lists, tables, links, alt text, and page structure.
  5. Export the requested final format.
  6. Inspect every page for clipping, missing fonts, broken links, blank pages, unreadable contrast, and incorrect pagination.
  7. Compare the export with the editable source.
  8. Before an authorized share, inspect link settings and recipient access.
  9. Before an authorized send, confirm the recipient, subject, attachments, and final version.
  10. Send once, then verify the send record and recipient-visible copy.
  11. Update the tracking record from readback.
  12. Return editable and exported locations, inspection result, sharing state, and delivery receipt.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
