What is apps-manage-registration-pages?

A tool for creating and managing sign-up pages for email, Discord, or LINE. These pages can require approval or other conditions before registration is accepted.

Use it to publish, inspect, change, or delete registration URLs, including pages with approval rules, registration periods, redirects, or waiting lists.

It removes the need to build and maintain separate registration flows for different services. It also helps distinguish sign-up applications from paid checkout pages.

Manage Apps registration pages

Create or maintain /v1/advance registration plans. Read references/registration-pages.md before constructing a body.

When to load this skill

Read this skill before the first matching apps_* MCP call in each task. Read the linked reference before every create, update, or delete operation.

Create

Call apps_auth_status and apps_list_advance_plans.
Determine the registration channel: email, discord, or line.
Establish the plan name, language, registration period, redirect behavior, and whether approval or formation conditions are required.
Build the smallest valid body. Add discord_rule for Discord and line for LINE as required by the MCP schema.
Omit waiting_list entirely when the feature is not used.
Call apps_create_advance_plan with dry_run: true.
Explain the path, channel, and registration behavior. Execute with confirm: true only after approval.
Return plan_id, url_application, and a concise summary. If the user wants prefilled remarks, append remark_n to that URL instead of reconstructing it.

Update and delete

Fetch with apps_get_advance_plan before changing a plan and send only changed keys.
Preview every update or delete (apps_update_advance_plan / apps_delete_advance_plan) with dry_run: true.
Before deletion, identify the application URL that will stop working and execute only after explicit approval.

Contractor lists

Use apps_list_advance_plan_contractors only when the user requests enrollment status. Summarize counts or the requested record and omit unrelated personal fields. Do not save or reproduce the raw list.

Safety and result

Writes need APPS_MCP_ALLOW_WRITE=true. Do not ask the user to paste that value in chat; point them to configure or the MCP env.
Preview with dry_run: true, explain the pending effect, then execute with confirm: true only after approval.
Report the registration channel, approval behavior, plan identifier, application URL, and exact changed settings.
