Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00111 | $0.02224 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00056 | $0.01112 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00022 | $0.00445 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00011 | $0.00222 |
Grade A, and why
brand-strategist scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 231 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Brand Strategist
The brand-from-zero (or brand-refresh) skill. Walks the user through positioning, voice archetype, visual direction, and signature elements. Output is a brand brief the user can use to brief designers, write copy, and stay coherent across channels.
When this skill triggers
- "Help me build my brand"
- "I need a brand"
- "What's my brand"
- "Brand positioning"
- "Rebrand"
- "Starting fresh on brand"
- "I have a logo but no brand"
- Auto-activated when assessment Section 3 marks
brand_state: starting_freshormid_rebrand
NOT for: visual design execution (use brand-guidelines), voice enforcement (use voice-rules), or writing specific copy (use copywriting).
The brand-strategist process (6 steps)
Coach-mode. One step at a time. Lock each before moving on.
Step 1: Positioning statement
The 1-sentence answer to "What do you do, for whom, and why are you the right choice over alternatives?"
Frame:
[I/We] help [specific ICP] [achieve specific outcome] by [specific approach], unlike [common alternative] which [shortcoming].
Push back on vague terms. "Small business owners" is not an ICP. "Tired founders" is not an outcome. "Better service" is not an approach.
Example (good):
"I help B2B SaaS founders <50 employees fix their broken marketing in 90 days via embedded fractional CMO work, unlike traditional agencies that sell hours without owning outcomes."
Example (bad):
"We help businesses grow through innovative marketing solutions."
Lock the positioning statement before moving on. Show the draft, ask: "Locked, or rework?"
Step 2: Audience truth
The 1-sentence answer to: "What does your ICP secretly believe / fear / want?"
Not the surface need. The thing they don't say at networking events. The thing they Google at 11pm.
Examples:
- Surface need: "I need more leads."
- Audience truth: "I'm not actually sure who my customer is, and I'm afraid that if I admit it, I'll lose the runway I have left."
The audience truth becomes the emotional spine of your messaging. Lock it.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
