Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5 | $0.00109 | $0.03285 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00055 | $0.01643 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00022 | $0.00657 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00011 | $0.00329 |
Grade A, and why
call-prep scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 303 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Call Prep
One-page prep brief for any upcoming sales or client call. The brief is what the user reads in the 10-15 minutes before the call. It saves the awkward opening minute of "remind me where we left off" and saves the call itself from drifting into a generic chat.
This skill assembles the brief from whatever sources the user has wired up: CRM history, email threads, LinkedIn signals, past meeting transcripts, pre-session forms. Then it shapes the open questions to ask, the redirect prompts in case the call drifts, and the next-step plan.
Different from discovery-call-prep, which is specifically for first-time cold prospects (full LinkedIn + company research). Call-prep handles the broader case: discovery (cold or warm), check-in calls, follow-up calls, renewal calls, project kickoffs, troubleshooting calls. It auto-detects which mode the call is in.
When this skill triggers
- "Prep me for [name]'s call tomorrow"
- "Call notes for the [time] meeting"
- "Discovery prep for [prospect]"
- "What should I ask [name]"
- "Build a brief for the [client/prospect] call"
- "[Prospect] in 2 hours, what do I need to know"
- "Prep for the renewal conversation"
- "I have a client call at 3pm, ground me"
Auto-fires inside morning-sales-brief if there's a call on the calendar that day.
The 5-source pull (run all available, skip gracefully)
The skill assembles the brief from these sources, in priority order:
Source 1: Calendar event
- Date, time, duration, attendees, meeting type (Teams/Zoom/in-person)
- Title (signals call mode: "Discovery call" vs "Renewal" vs "Check-in")
- Event description (often pasted by the booker, has context)
- Pull via Cal.com, Outlook MCP, Google Calendar MCP
Source 2: CRM record (HubSpot, Sheet, Notion)
- Lifecycle stage, deal stage, deal amount if any
- Owner, last activity date, deal source (organic / cold / referral)
- Custom properties relevant to user's funnel (lead-gen assessment score, pillar focus, ICP tags)
- Pull via HubSpot MCP or Sheet read
What ships with it
2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

call-prep is a skill published in the GitHub repository jaredlangleycc/nightshift-os (3 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 109 tokens to every session and 3,285 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
