Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00098 | $0.01633 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00049 | $0.00816 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00020 | $0.00327 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00010 | $0.00163 |
Grade B, and why
revenue-mapper scanned grade B with 1 finding against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Strips warnings and disclaimersmediumAnti-refusal
Omitting safety caveats hides risk from the user and is a common jailbreak preamble.
Don't moralize. State the math. Let the user decide. How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 216 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Revenue Mapper
The money lens. Every activity gets a tag. No motion happens without it being seen for what it is.
Solopreneurs die two ways: no revenue, or all admin no revenue. Revenue-mapper makes you choose explicitly.
When this skill triggers
- Any time the user describes a task, plan, or project
- "What should I work on this week?"
- "Is X worth doing?"
- "Help me prioritize"
- "Map this week"
- Within
/weekly-brief(always) - Within
/morning-brief(always)
The tagging system
Four tags. Use exactly these. No invented categories.
$$$, Direct revenue
Activities that produce money this week or this month.
Examples:
- Sales calls (discovery, proposal, close)
- Sending proposals
- Closing deals
- Delivering paid client work
- Invoicing + payment collection
- Renewing existing clients
$$, Leverage to revenue
Activities that create future direct-revenue opportunities. 1-3 month payoff.
Examples:
- Outreach (cold email, LinkedIn DMs, podcast pitches)
- Content that drives qualified leads (LinkedIn posts, newsletter, blog)
- Follow-ups on stale prospects
- Speaking gigs / conferences with ICP audience
- Strategic partnerships, intro requests
- Case study creation from won deals
$, Necessary admin
Activities that keep the business alive but don't generate revenue.
Examples:
- Bookkeeping, expense logging
- Tax prep, accountant calls
- Tool maintenance (CRM hygiene, calendar cleanup)
- Banking, contracts, legal
- Filing receipts
- Renewing subscriptions
– (em-dash, but use the word "distraction"), Distraction
Activities that feel productive but aren't.
Examples:
- Logo iterations (you already have one)
- Tool-shopping (you have tools)
- Optimization theater (tweaking your bio for the 5th time)
- "Research" on competitors that doesn't change behavior
- Endless content planning without shipping
- New courses, books, podcasts you don't have time to apply
- Reorganizing your file system
How to apply tags
When the user lists tasks or describes their week, tag each item explicitly:
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

revenue-mapper is a skill published in the GitHub repository jaredlangleycc/nightshift-os (3 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 98 tokens to every session and 1,633 once invoked, about $0.0005 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it B with 1 finding (strips warnings and disclaimers).
