A guide for building lasting browser-based end-to-end tests with Playwright, a tool that checks complete user flows in a web app. It also covers reusable test structures, test data setup, automated browser tests in CI, and flaky-test handling.

Use it to create Playwright end-to-end test suites, organize them with Page Object Models, prepare shared test data, run browser tests in CI, and investigate flaky tests.

It helps replace fragile one-off browser checks with tests that can be reused and run automatically. It also addresses tests that fail intermittently without a real application problem.
