Interview
Interview turns a vague idea into a prompt-safe, approval-gated spec. It discovers requirements only: no implementation, no plan design, no production code. It may recommend a next skill only after explicit user approval.
Interpret MUST, MUST NOT, ONLY, and STOP literally.
Invariants
I1. Interview discovers requirements; it never designs the implementation
plan, writes production code, debugs, or claims completion.
I2. Explicit user depth selection wins; uncertain between Quick and
Standard picks Standard. Standard/Deep-only machinery never runs in
Quick — Quick mode is exempt and keeps current behavior.
I3. Brownfield first: gather repository facts before asking the user to
restate what code reveals; classify brownfield/greenfield before any
technology-stack question.
I4. Route every question by source of truth. Facts describe what exists;
decisions define what should change; mixed questions go to user
judgment after presenting the facts.
I5. Material free-text answers keep their structured capture; a correction
to a restatement, scope boundary, or non-goal is material even at one
sentence.
I6. After three consecutive fact-derived answers, the next question routes
