What is wiki-builder?

A tool that scans selected Markdown files in an Obsidian vault, a folder of linked notes, and turns recurring concepts into connected wiki entries in a 60Wiki folder. It extracts terms, themes, named tools, and related ideas before linking them.

Use it to build a concept wiki from project, area, resource, and clipping notes, merge duplicate terms, group related ideas, and create links between entries.

It helps organize scattered notes into reusable knowledge without manually finding every repeated concept. It can also be rerun to update the wiki incrementally.

Workflow

Phase 1: Concept Extraction

Scan all .md files in:
- 20_Projects/
- 30_Areas/ (recursively)
- 40_Resources/ (recursively)
- 50_Clippings/ (recursively)
For each file, extract:
- Key concepts, technical terms, and domain-specific vocabulary
- Recurring themes across multiple files
- Named entities (frameworks, methodologies, theories, tools)
- Concepts that are referenced but not well-defined in any single file
Build a concept list with:
- Concept name
- Frequency (how many files mention it)
- Source files
- Brief definition extracted from context

Phase 2: Deduplicate & Cluster

Merge synonyms and near-duplicates (e.g., "联邦学习" and "Federated Learning")
Cluster related concepts into domains
Filter: only create wiki entries for concepts appearing in 2+ files OR that represent a fundamental domain concept
Check existing 60_Wiki/ entries to avoid duplicates
