agentic-harness-orchestration

agentic-harness-orchestration is a skill for Claude Code from jeet129/praxis. It costs 73 tokens per session (999 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A way to run workflows with interchangeable AI tools assigned to roles such as creator, reviewer, enhancer, and arbiter. The workflow stays the same while tools such as Claude, Codex, Gemini, Cursor, or custom systems can fill those roles.

In plain words
What is it for?
Assigning AI tools to creation and review roles, running critique-and-revision loops, comparing feedback across tools, and producing structured review, revision, and approval summaries.
Why use it?
It avoids rewriting the workflow whenever the underlying AI tool changes. It also structures repeated review and revision cycles and checks whether the results are converging.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00073 $0.00999
Opus 5 $0.00036 $0.00500
Sonnet 5 $0.00015 $0.00200
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00100

Security

Grade A, and why

agentic-harness-orchestration scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

This skill keeps an agentic workflow portable across harnesses. Treat harnesses as adapters and roles as the stable contract. Claude, Codex, Gemini, Cursor, OpenCode, and future tools can be bound to roles without rewriting the workflow.

Core Principle

Do not encode product names into the reasoning protocol. Encode roles:

Role Responsibility
creator produce or expand the artifact
reviewer critique the artifact and produce severity-tagged findings
enhancer evaluate findings, apply improvements, and explain rejected feedback
arbiter decide convergence and prepare the user approval summary

The same harness can serve multiple roles, but the run log must record that fact and each role must use a separate prompt shape.

Harness Contract

Every bound harness must be able to:

  • accept a structured prompt with role, artifact, constraints, and expected output;
  • return structured markdown or JSON;
  • preserve artifact version labels;
  • distinguish findings from rewrites;
  • identify assumptions, open questions, and confidence;
  • emit a verdict without claiming perfection.

If a harness cannot satisfy the contract, pause the workflow and ask the user for a replacement harness or permission to degrade to manual copy/paste handoff.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
