Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00137 | $0.01035 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00068 | $0.00517 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00027 | $0.00207 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00014 | $0.00103 |
Grade A, and why
session-context scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 86 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Session Context
Resume work with full context. This skill reads today's Morning Brief (produced by the scheduled morning task) and presents the current state conversationally — with the ability to drill down, act on items, and catch up on what's changed since the briefing was generated.
This skill does NOT re-gather from 10+ sources. The Morning Brief already did that. This skill reads its output and adds interactivity.
Works in both Claude Code CLI and Cowork. The vault path is determined at runtime — check for the vault root by looking for CLAUDE.md, PARA folders, or .obsidian/ in the working directory or its parents.
Step 1: Find and Read Today's State
-
Read today's daily note — Look in
Daily Notes/for today's date inYYYY.MM.DD.mdformat. This contains the Morning Brief (strategic landscape, delegation filter, daily challenge, strategic prep, operations sweep). -
Read Active Priorities.md — Located in
2 - Areas/Active Priorities.md. This is the authoritative strategic priority list. -
Read TASKS.md — Located at vault root. Tactical task list.
-
Check the time. If it's morning and the Morning Brief hasn't run yet (daily note doesn't exist or is from yesterday), say so: "The morning briefing hasn't generated yet. Want me to pull a quick context summary instead?" Then do a lightweight gather: calendar, recent daily note, Active Priorities.
Step 2: Present Context
If the Morning Brief exists for today:
Summarize conversationally (not a wall of text):
- "Your Morning Brief flagged [X] as the highest-leverage item today."
- "You have [N] meetings, the important ones are [A] and [B]."
- "Open items needing your response: [list the Needs Your Response items]."
- "The Daily Challenge was: [quote it]."
Then: "What do you want to work on, or should I drill into any of these?"
If it's later in the day:
Add a delta layer — what's changed since the Morning Brief:
- Check if any meetings have passed (compare calendar times to current time). "Your [meeting name] was at [time] — did anything come out of that worth capturing?"
- Check for vault files modified since the Morning Brief timestamp. "Looks like [N] notes were created/updated since this morning."
- Check TASKS.md for any items completed or added since morning.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

session-context is a skill published in the GitHub repository jenningsallen-art/second-brain-os (2 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 137 tokens to every session and 1,035 once invoked, about $0.0007 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
