Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00186 | $0.03545 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00074 | $0.01418 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00037 | $0.00709 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00019 | $0.00354 |
Grade A, and why
auto-issue scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 315 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Setup Issue — GitHub Issue & Milestone Management
Create issues and milestones with enforced formatting and optional board
integration, and refine existing issues in place. Every GitHub issue write in
the plugin goes through this skill ({PLUGIN_ROOT}/deep-knowledge/plugin-behavior.md →
"Issue Creation & Editing — Always Delegate").
Invocation modes
| Mode | When | Steps |
|---|---|---|
| create (default) | no existing issue is named | Step 1 → 1a → 2 → 3 → 4 → 5 |
| refine | an existing issue number / URL is named, or a caller hands over {issue} |
Step 1 → 1a → R1 → R2 → R3 → 5 |
Caller hand-over (non-interactive)
Other skills and agents (/do-run backlog Step 2, /auto-concept create-issues,
/do-learn, /do-batch, and the orchestrator on behalf of a po review's
follow-ups) invoke this skill through the Skill tool with a
self-contained prompt. When the hand-over carries every required field, no
AskUserQuestion fires — the caller already decided. Ask only when a
required field is missing and the user is present; otherwise apply the
documented default silently and report the omission in the card.
Hand-over fields — create: title, type, body (with the
**User value:** line), optional target_repo, labels, milestone.
Refine: issue (number or URL), refinement (the section content, see R2),
optional title, type, labels, milestone, target_repo. The caller
supplies content; this skill supplies format, gate, labels, board, verify and
the card.
Step 0 — Load Extensions
Injected by the override loader ([skill-overrides] block); none shown → none exist.
Project extensions define:
- GitHub owner and project board ID
- Additional required labels (e.g.,
role:*,module:*) - GraphQL field IDs for board status/custom fields
- Milestone naming preferences
Step 1 — Gather details
Determine from user input or the caller hand-over; ask via AskUserQuestion only for what is still missing (see "Caller hand-over" above):
- Mode:
refinewhen an issue number / URL /{issue}is given, elsecreate - Title:
[TYPE] Short imperative description(deep-knowledge/issue-rules.md; never[FIX]— bugs are[BUG]) - Type: bug, feature, refactor, chore, design, docs
- Description: Imperative mood, sentence case, no trailing period
- Target repo (
{target_repo}): anowner/nameslug when the issue belongs to a different repository than the session's. Absent → the current repo. - Any additional required fields the project extension defines (roles, modules).
What ships with it
3 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

auto-issue is a skill published in the GitHub repository Jerry0022/dotclaude (6 stars, last pushed 11d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 186 tokens to every session and 3,545 once invoked, about $0.0007 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-24.
