A shared reference for a group of credit-card research commands covering rates, transfers, news, credits, comparisons, value, and wallets. It is background material rather than a command for users.

Use it as supporting guidance when maintaining or running the card command suite; it is not intended to answer a card question by itself.

It keeps common research rules and output requirements in one place instead of repeating them across every card command.
